INDIVIDUALIZED PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

Personal training is the best way to achieve life-changing results. When you work one-on-one with a one of our personal fitness trainers, you are receiving individualized attention to the specificities of your body, functionality and goals.

We offer 6, 26 and 52 week memberships (1-4x/week) for one-on-one training. We will discuss which training schedule is the best fit for you based on your current lifestyle and your fitness goals during your free consultation.

Our memberships come with access to our app, where you will find your individualized workout program, nutrition goals and other progress statstics to support you on your fitness journey.

step one: consultation

Before starting a fitness program it is important for us to meet and discuss your overall fitness goals and level of commitment to starting an exercise program. We offer a 30 min Free Consultation via Zoom or in person at our studio. To inquire, click on the link below, fill out the intake form and we will be in touch shortly.

 step two: fitness assessment

Whether you are a beginning exerciser or a seasoned athlete, doing a fitness assessment is an important way for us to get a baseline of your current fitness level so we can carefully individualize your workout program.

 step three: start your program

Once we've gathered all the information from your consultation and fitness assessment, it's time to begin your personalized fitness program. Your program is crafted specifically for you, based on your goals, fitness level, and preferences. You'll have access to your customized program through our easy-to-use app, allowing you to keep track of your effort and results.

The gym is exceptionally clean, has all the equipment you need, and fully stocked beautiful clean bathrooms! All the staff are friendly and kind, making you feel more than welcomed.Owner Adam was very down to earth, easy to talk to, and made me feel heard. He was super attentive and thorough in answering any questions I had. Overall GREAT experience with incredible vibes 🤌🏻

Thrive and Conquer is a gem for fitness professionals. It is an inclusive space with tons of natural light, a great selection of equipment, supportive team and positive environment. My clients love how welcoming it feels, the clean and well stocked amenities and convenient location. The owners are passionate about creating a great space which supports PT's and clients - you can really feel it when you meet them.

The gym is nicely setup, with a good range of lifting equipment that is always clean, organized, and laid-out in a way that allows for multiple coaches to work simultaneously without it feeling crowded.The coaching team is friendly, very knowledgeable and focused.A solid choice for training on your own, or professionally assisted.
