SEMI-PRIVATE FITNESS TRAINING
Semi-private training is an excellent way to work out. By training with a workout partner, you'll get extra motivation and accountability and it's also a little easier on the wallet.
As semi-private fitness programs are shared programs, we recommend that you and your training partner(s) have a similar fitness level.
We offer 6 and 26 week memberships (1-4x/week) for two-on-one training. We will discuss which training schedule is the best fit for and your workout partner based on your current lifestyle and your fitness goals.
