SEMI-PRIVATE FITNESS TRAINING
Semi-private training is an excellent way to work out. By training with a workout partner, you get extra motivation and accountability and it's also a little easier on the wallet. As semi-private fitness programs are shared programs, we recommend that you and your training partner(s) have a similar fitness level. These programs are a little less individualized; however, we will still need to do a fitness assessment to make them as individualized as possible.
